Service Contract Benefits

n the event of a covered breakdown during the extended warranty period, we will repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished unit, at our discretion. - Hassle-Free Service
Our authorized service partners will coordinate with you for product pick-up and delivery, ensuring a seamless service experience. - Cost Inclusions
The plan covers the cost of spare parts, labor, and logistics—unless stated otherwise in the “What is Not Covered” section.
Terms of Service
- Serial Number Verification: The product’s serial number must match the one listed on the extended warranty service contract.
- Ownership of Replaced Parts: Any parts replaced under this contract will become the property of the company.
- Packaging Responsibility: You are responsible for securely packaging the product before it is shipped for service.
- Unlimited Service Requests: You can raise unlimited service requests, up to the total value of the product.
- Replacement Clause: If repair costs exceed the current market value of the product, we may replace it with a new or refurbished unit or issue a gift card of equivalent value.
What Is Not Covered
- User-Induced Damage: Issues arising from misuse, physical or liquid damage, non-compliance with usage guidelines, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
- Routine Maintenance & Accessories: Cleaning, routine maintenance, consumables, and accessories (e.g., filters, brushes) are not covered. Damage due to power fluctuations is also excluded.
- Commercial or Rental Use: This warranty is strictly for personal/home use. Commercial or rental use voids the contract.
- Geographic Limitations: Coverage is only applicable to products purchased and used within India.
Conditions of Coverage
- Purchase Timeline: The extended warranty must be purchased within 30 days of the product’s delivery date.
- Authorized Sales Channel: Coverage applies only to products purchased new from our official website.
- Intended Use: The product must be used for personal/domestic purposes only.
- Manufacturer’s Instructions: Proper use and care in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines are required.
- Validity of Original Warranty: The manufacturer’s original warranty must remain valid for the extended warranty to take effect.
Refund Policy
Hassle-Free Returns
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery in case of any manufacturing defects.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
- Products with physical damage, or returned after use, will not be accepted.
- Returned items are sent to our R&D center for analysis and are not resold.
Please Note:
Returns will not be accepted once the product has been shipped unless there is a valid warranty claim for a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellation
We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, simply email us at support@ivacuumate.store with your cancellation request.
Cancellation Terms:
- 2–3% deduction will apply to account for bank transaction and platform charges.
- Once the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Remote/Non-Metro Areas:
Refund processing or logistics may take 3–4 weeks due to shipping constraints in remote regions.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1st – Recheck your bank account or credit card statement.
2nd – Contact your credit card provider—it may take additional time before the refund reflects.
3rd – Contact your bank—processing times can vary.

Product Repairs & Service
All our products come with a 1-year warranty, except for batteries, which carry a 6-month warranty.
- For remote or non-metro locations, service may take 1–2 weeks longer due to logistical limitations.
- We may request you to ship the product to the nearest authorized service center.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
The warranty is void if non-iVacuumate spare parts, filters, or accessories are used.
- Physical damage, wear and tear, or breakage is not covered under warranty.
- It is the user’s responsibility to send the product to the service center. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Use of disinfectants, non-water substitutes, washing HEPA filters, or operating the machine underwater will void the warranty.

At iVacuumate, we deliver products across PAN India through trusted and reputed courier partners, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Timeline
Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days

We prioritize all shipments through our global logistics partners, including Blue Dart and Delhivery, to ensure reliable and efficient service.

Product Warranty
Limited Warranty Overview
iVacuumate warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects and function as intended for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty is applicable only in the country of purchase and only for products purchased directly from our official website (www.ivacuumate.store)
- Adapters and docking stations carry a 6-month warranty.
- If the product fails to meet our quality standards during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge, subject to the terms below.
Product Return Instructions
To initiate a warranty claim, the product must be returned under the following conditions:
- The product should be in the best possible condition, with original packaging and all included accessories.
- Secure packaging is essential to prevent damage during shipping. Damage caused during shipping must be claimed with the courier service, as iVacuumate will not be held liable.
- Shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer. We recommend insuring the shipment wherever applicable.
- A copy of the original invoice must be included for identification and verification.
How to Claim a Warranty
To submit a warranty claim:
1st – Visit our official website at www.ivacuumate.store
2nd – Place a support request through the customer support section.
3rd – Upload the original proof of purchase (invoice or bill).
Warranty Terms & Conditions
If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period:
- We will repair the product and ship it back to you at no additional cost.
- The warranty period will not be extended due to repairs, replacements, or resale of the product.
- Replacement parts will not be supplied directly to the customer during this period.
- Replaced parts become the property of iVacuumate and will not be returned.
- iVacuumate may use new, equivalent, or reconditioned components for repairs or service.
Important: Damage caused by mishandling, improper use, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty. For example, adding disinfectants like Lysol or Phenyl to the water tank is strictly prohibited and not covered.
What Is Not Covered Under Warranty
This warranty does not cover:
- Products bought from unauthorized sellers, the grey market, or refurbished units.
- Mishandling, including the use of disinfectants in the water tank or using the product for purposes other than intended.
- Damage to accessories and consumables such as: HEPA filters, Cleaning cloths and brushes, Water tanks affected by chemical additives
- Wear and tear from misuse (e.g., standing or applying weight on the machine).
- Repairs or services performed by unauthorized service centers or individuals.
- Use of non-approved consumables or accessories.
- Shipping damage due to inadequate packaging by the customer.
Manufacturing Defects & Damaged on Arrival (DOA)
If your product arrives damaged or with an obvious manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:
1st – Contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery date.
2nd – Provide the following details:
- Product name and serial number
- Purchase details (invoice or receipt)
- Clear description and photos of the issue
- Your contact information
- If the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect:
- We will provide a replacement product.
- If the same variant is unavailable, you may select an alternative product. Any price difference will be adjusted by either party.
